A COLLECTION OF PICTURES OF CATS
Pictures of cats can be both fun and therapeutic for cats and humans as well, as a bonding action. Like humans, some cats are more photogenic than others. For the photogenic ones, specific poses as well as action shots can be interestingly put together.
For the less photogenic of the species, action shots become the norm. These can provide interesting photography, but generally they are fewer and farther between, when it comes to truly good shots.
Posed pictures are more formal, but can make for great composition since the photographer has complete control. In candid shots the photographer gives up some control for what is perceived a great shot. With the use of Photoshop or another photo manipulator, the photographer can enhance the picture with special effects, words, and other items. Redeye is particulalry a problem with pets, and can be corrected with devices in Photoshop if the camera itself doesn’t compensate for it.
This is your page as much as ours. Provide us with the appropriate cat pictures, and we’ll publish them here.

Being ME of course, I feel guilty to be ‘abandoning’ any of them. From the babies who were so happy to get out of the cage, to Louie, who I know will be happier in a one cat household. I feel like I’m letting them down somehow. On the other hand, Alan and I are not happy with living with all this feline fighting and peeing, the endless housework to keep the hairballs down to the size of baseballs, and the five litter boxes we clean twice daily. We need to be happy too. Or yours truly will end up once again…
